Aaron Barnett is the Senior Executive Vice President at Summit. He joined Summit in 2008 and has been instrumental in leading sales efforts and working with all divisions to increase the overall profitability of the organization. Aaron began his professional career with J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, where he learned the importance of relationship building. Aaron is a former basketball player at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, which has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and teamwork.
Aaron is actively involved in various civic, professional, and community organizations, including Texans Can Academies, March of Dimes, Dallas Association of Health Underwriters, Texas Association of Business, Society for Human Resource Management, DallasHR, GAMA, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and the Leadership and Management Program.
