Todd Rolland is a seasoned professional who has been with Summit since its early days. He currently leads the Health & Welfare Division, where he develops innovative market strategies, advises large employers, and recruits, trains, and leads a forward-thinking team of professionals. 

Todd is known for his consultative approach to complex group benefits situations, leveraging his diverse background and extensive industry knowledge to navigate challenges with confidence. He is recognized for his expertise in healthcare strategies that can save employers money and his ability to navigate the ever-changing landscape of employee benefits5. Todd’s leadership and innovative approach have made significant contributions to the industry, and he continues to be a prominent figure in the field.

His civic, professional, and community involvement includes roles on the Ronald McDonald House Advisory Board, Former Hillcrest South Hospital Board Chair, National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), Self-Insurance Institute of America (SIIA), and International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans (IFEBP). Todd previously served as Chairman of the Board of Ronald McDonald House, member of the Heupel 14 Foundation, and Outstanding Alumnus of Northeastern State University.

He holds several professional designations, including Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), Retirement Plans Associate (RPA), and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).
